Resources

Voice for Real Estate: Young Buyers
Young households are quick to give up urban chic once they move from renting to owning. The trend is covered in the latest Voice for Real Estate news video. Other topics: Condo financing, concerns over too-few single-family homes, Clean Water Act impact on real estate, latest pending contracts, and the recently ended AE Institute.

Good Neighbor Award Nominations
NAR is seeking nominees for the Good Neighbor Award, which recognizes REALTORS® who impact their communities through volunteer work. Five winners will receive $10,000 grants for their nonprofits. For an entry form or more information, go to REALTOR.org/gna. Deadline is May 13.

Infographic: February Housing Market Summary
Details about home prices, sales volume, property showings and other aspects of the housing market across the United States last month are available in an infographic from NAR's research team.

NAR Survey: Single-family Homes Needed
A majority of homeowners and renters would purchase a suburban single-family home if they were to buy in the next six months, according to the second installment of NAR's Housing Opportunities and Market Experience (HOME) survey. The finding indicates more single-family construction is needed to meet demand, NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun says.
